Robert Tercek is the President of Milestone Entertainment, the leading provider of original games and TV game show formats to national lottery organizations. For 25 years, Mr Tercek has been at the forefront of innovation in entertainment and media, supervising the launch of breakthrough titles on every digital platform, from television to computer games to mobile phones. He served in senior executive roles at major media companies, including MTV: Music Television, Sony Pictures and most recently at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, where he was the President of Digital Media and supervised Oprah.com, the leading women's destination on the World Wide Web. Mr. Tercek's career is marked by several breakthroughs, including these milestones: • The first animated multimedia games on personal computers • The first multiplayer games on the World Wide Web • The first interactive TV game shows in the USA • The world's first video service for mobile phones • The world's largest live seminar on the Internet He is a passionate advocate for user-centered design. He shares his views at media and technology conferences and workshops worldwide. He served on the Board of Directors of the Game Developer Conference from 2008 to 2001 and was the Founding Chairman of GDC Mobile from 2002 until 2009. In 2013, he led game design workshops for the European Lottery Association and the North American State and Provincial Lotteries. In 2008 he was named a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
