Maximo Cavazzani is the creator of Trivia Crack and CEO of Etermax. He has a degree in Software Engineering from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology. In 2009, he founded Etermax; a software development company which currently specializes in social games. Its popular games include: Aworded Crack (most downloaded game of all time in Spain), WordCrack, Trivia Crack and Trivia Crack Kingdoms. Trivia Crack became the 5th most played game worldwide, with a fan base of over 200 million it was also at the top of rankings in the US, Turkey and over 35 other countries. In the past few years, Etermax established itself as the leading and fastest growing game development company in Latin America, with a team of over 250 employees. In Latin America, Maximo has emerged as a leader in the Mobile and Tech industries, topping the list of entrepreneurs in the ranking of Argentina’s 3.0 leaders carried out by Universidad Austral (2015) and in the Top 5 Young Entrepreneurs in Latin America by Americas Quarterly (2017). Cavazzani has obtained various awards such as: Sadosky Awards - “RockStar Mention” (2015), “Digital Intelligence” Award (Perfil Publishing House, 2015), and Entrepreneur Style Award (Universidad de Palermo, 2015). He was nominated for MIT’s under 35 innovators in Argentina and Uruguay in 2015 and for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in the “emerging” category (Ernst & Young, 2016). In the last few years, he has been a speaker in various events in Argentina, Spain, Colombia, Finland, the Netherlands and the U.S., such as the Mobile World Congress (2015 and 2016), M2Games Latam (2014, 2015 and 2016), Slush, The App Fest, The App Date, Casual Connect, Red Innova, Endeavor, Marketing Shake, Gamelab, among others. Since March 2016, he has been a part of the Ministry of Modernisation’s new Advisory Board together with other tech leaders and entrepreneurs from Argentina.
