Jens Kosche (*04.09.1968) is the CEO of Electronic Arts (EA) Germany/Austria. In this position, he is responsible for EA business affairs in Germany and Austria. Jens Kosche received a Master of Business Administration and started his career in 1994 as Assistant Key Account Manager at Kraft Jacobs Suchard. In 1998, he concluded his work as Key Account Manager and switched to Mars as National Account Manager. After brief stops at A.T. Kearney (2001) and Johnson Wax (2001-2002) Kosche was hired by EA in 2003. Starting as Key Account Manager he rose to the position of Key Account Director (2007). There, he developed a vendor management inventory system for the Media Saturn Group in order to manage all orders. From 2009 onwards, Kosche worked as Sales Director for Germany and Austria where he specialized in expediting the integration of digital distribution channels. Since 2014, Jens Kosche is the Country Manager of Electronic Arts Germany/Austria. Jens Kosche is married and father of two children.
