Christoph Ender alias Chris is the technical director of the game studio kunst-stoff in Berlin Neukölln. He is responsible for all technical decisions in the company for 4 years now and lead the latest project "TruckSimulation 16", which was released in November 2015. 

He has always been magically attracted by computer games and started game programming in his youth with friends. After his graduation of the Master in Computer Science with specialization on Computer Graphics in Braunschweig he moved to Berlin and made his hobby to profession. That was 11 years ago and since then he worked at local independent game developer studios because he likes the creativity in small teams and the Berlin game scene. His track record is a collection of 25 games and interactive installations including the platforms PC, Mac, Linux, PSP, PS2, PS3, Wii, iOS and Android.

 

kunst-stoff GmbH

The award-winning kunst-stoff GmbH is an independent game developer and producer based in Berlin. The owner and managing director is Patrick Rau, MA in Communication Design. We develop games with original IPs for PC / Mac, console and mobile platforms for the international market. kunst-stoff also produces interactive exhibits for clients in the industrial and cultural fields and is active in the development of new technology.

kunst-stoff published the action puzzle game “The Great Jitters: Pudding Panic” for the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch as well as for PC, Mac and Linux in 2011. The game has won several awards and received excellent reviews worldwide – the game is on position 5, “Best iPhone and iPad games 2011″ on metacritic.com. It was also was promoted as “Game of the week” on the App Store for iPad and Mac. The funding partners for this production were the Investment Bank Berlin (profit) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).​

In 2010 we received the German Developer Award for the best children’s game for our game “Galaxy Racers” . The game was brought to the international market by the publisher Ubisoft. The development of the prototype was funded by the Media Board Berlin-Brandenburg.
