Carolin Gäthke is Legal Counsel (Rechtsanwältin) of online game developer and publisher InnoGames GmbH. She focusses on IT/IP law as well as corporate and commercial law. Carolin studied law in Frankfurt, Germany. In addition to her position as lawyer, she holds a M.A. (Magistra Artium) in philosophy and cultural anthropology. Before Carolin started her career in the international law firm Dentons (formerly Salans) in 2010 in the field of M&A and Private Equity transactions, she completed her legal clerkship at i.a. Linklaters in Frankfurt and Duane Morris in Hanoi, Vietnam. Carolin joined InnoGames in 2013 and advises the company in all legal matters, in particular industry specific matters, such as consumer and data protection law, license agreements as well as corporate issues.
